ABOUT PROJECT

The organization Česká krajina needed a video that would effectively support their crowdfunding campaign aimed at securing funding for the protection and conservation of European bison. The video was intended to carry a strong emotional impact while educating viewers about the importance of bison within the ecosystem, their role in nature, and the urgency of their protection. The goal was to capture public attention and motivate people to actively support the campaign.

HOW DID WE CREATE THIS VIDEO?

For this campaign, we developed a dynamic and unconventional video built around cinematic footage of bison in their natural habitat. The concept followed a distinctive narrative approach, featuring a “photographer” as the central character — symbolizing a guardian of the bison. The combination of emotional visuals and a story centered on conservation helped create a powerful call to action, encouraging viewers to support the crowdfunding campaign.

RESULTS

The campaign delivered outstanding results. Thanks to the video, a significant amount of funding was raised to support the project, reaching a wide audience and generating strong public engagement. An even more powerful outcome, however, is the fact that the bison population has since grown and surpassed 10,000 individuals, meaning the species is no longer classified as endangered. Coincidentally, the campaign became part of a larger story — one that ultimately led to the conservation of the European bison and its return to a natural balance within the ecosystem.

Director of European wildlife organization

I usually have a clear idea of the expected results for each project. When Robert Marek from Framepic Production approached the video from a different angle than I had anticipated, I initially watched with slight skepticism. However, the result pleasantly surprised me — especially with its dynamic pacing and a story that was effectively conveyed within just a few seconds. We ended up with promotional material that clearly stands out from everything else.
